To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qaswim Digital Agency will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party outages, unauthorized client actions, malware introduced outside our control, expired external services, changes made by others or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Qaswim Digital Agency may suspend or terminate services where there is serious non-payment, unlawful use of services, abuse of our team, repeated violation of agreed terms or another material breach of the project agreement.

Clients may also request termination of ongoing services, subject to any applicable notice period, outstanding payments, work already completed and specific contractual terms.
